Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 deg.
- Mash the banana in a bowl until there are no lumps.
- Crush the wheat biscuits into the banana mix.
- Add the milk and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add the egg and mix.
- In a separate bowl cream the butter and then add the flour and cinnamon.
- Add the banana mixture and fold in the raisins.
- Put in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. To check if cooked, insert a knife/ skewer into the centre and see if it comes out clean.
Notes
Other options – for a treat, I have added chocolate chips instead of raisins!
